At Wolko, every product is handmade and carefully checked before being shipped. Because our products are handmade, we currently accept returns or replacements only in the case of a damaged product or an incorrect product being delivered.
1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

Once we verify the damage, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
2. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement with the correct product, subject to availability. If the correct product is unavailable, we may provide a refund instead.
3. Non-Returnable Reasons

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue before approving a return or refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return/refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
